I Need HELP!!

   hi im new to this forum so hi everyone i hope you can help me. because its doin my head in, i just bought a 98 reg 1.6 vtr. everytime i try and put my foot down it starts spluttering and miss firing. so i changed the injecter loom and spark plugs and put a new rocker cover seal on and still doing it. wont let me drive over 50mph. thanks dom

   Hi Mate!
   
   Did you check your injectors? might be worth getting them sent off for cleaning, or a new set maybe? had the same issue with mine and it turned out to be the inejctors.

   Or a faulty coil pack.

   Try changing the coil pack and leads

   Car is in the garage this weekend for them to have a look at the injectors. And the coil pack is on the way I'm going to change the fuel filter aswell see if that helps. Will let you no how I go on thanks for the help

   All sorted now it was the coil pack and changed all the filters and droped the oil. it's running Like a dream now thanks all for your help
