knock when turn steering right

    I have a knock on the steering when I turn right it doesnt do it when I jack the car up so it's hard to find where the knock is coming from. I've changed the drive shaft,the wish bone,track rod end and i've had the strut off and greased the top bearing but still got this really deep heavy know. Anybody got any ideas what it could be. Doesnt seem to be coming from the rack so I am stuck don't know what to do next HELP!!!!!!
