saxo vts knocking

   ok when i turn left whilst acelerateing i get a fast knocking from front of car , i can feel it in footwell, the knocking only happens when i acelerate whilst going left. all bearings and bushes ect are ok,please help, thank u

   As above sounds like cv joint on the driveshaft.

   my 1.1 does the same thing lol needs a driveshaft so probably the same thing

   Please let me know when it's done and if it fixed it, does yours knock a bit over little bumps aswell as acellerateing left?

   mostly just when turning and accelerating nothing when going straight although it has started to kinds judder when using second to slow the car down lol

    I have same thing. You probably have some play in the cv joint. Advisory on mot. Plan on getting mine fixed soon as one day you might have no drive at all. Not good.

    Driveshaft mate make sure you get the tapered one

    Hes on about the Driveshaft. theres 2 types.

    Ok here's a update on this problem, it was the exhaust knocking in the middle of car!! Lucky I never spent any money !! Get onnn

    Mine was doing the same so put new drive shaft in and all is now ok
