What's the best way to tighten these badboys?
on stands, no wheels? and what do they need to be torqued to?

Also make sure you have wheels on the car before taking it out.
You talking about the 4 bolts holding the beam to the chassis?

I did them as tight as I could when the car was on stands, then checked them when the car was on the floor and once again after a short drive!
I would keep checking yours as you have hardcore bushes y0!

nah jam a ratchet against the side of the car on the nut and do it up outside like.
i use an impact gun to do mine up, havn't come loose yet. well saying that i havn't checked them lol

Around 100 Nm should be okay.
I sheared a bolt tightening it too much.
