VTR airfilter help

  1. #1
right im in a stew, keep looking for a enclosed induction kit for my vtr, cant find anything, could somebody send me a link to enclosed induction kits. whats best for a vtr? is there much difference in enclosed and normal induction kits. if i added cold air feed to normal induction kit and had a green filter would it make much difference to an enclosed?
Or could i just buy a carbon cover to make the system enclosed.
thankyou for ur help all opinions wanteddd

As for the difference between filters, there are loads of threads around, just have a search!

Search for a simota one. They are good & look nice. Not as dear as a BMC.

An enclosed one is better than what you've said about the cold air feed by the way. It will shield against engine bay heat. Won't have detrimental effects to standard cars tho.
