My gear shift is very stiff?

   Well, Might ask you guys cause you are a lot smarte than me, really
   
   My gear shift is really really stiff, and sometimes very hard to get in gear. What can i do to improve my gear shift so it wont be that stiff anymore?

   Linkages could need greasing up.

   Oh sorry. Already tried that. Seemed to work a slight bit for a week or so. Not much improvement though :/

   what I done was pull up the gear stick gator and put grease on the gear selector ball joint (think thats what it is called lol) and I also changer my gearbox oil! Seems to be a fair bit better now so I'm guessing it worked
