right ill get to the point, ive seen a few cars in my area with like an ice blue headlights now ive been looking for bulbs and stuff, my mate got some xenon white ones and you carn't really tell different, i was thinking about putting a HID kit to my lights so i could get that ice blue finish, but was looking for a bit of advice how to bypass this with just bulbs

careful with the H1 bulbs because some of the H1's havent got the tinted tip like common H4/H7's... this being the case, they produce alot more heat, and ive seen it in some cases where the plastic surround for the headlight has melted or deformed.. best bet is to just stick with some 120% xenons and get used to it!

I've got some xenon white hot, i could tell the difference straight away from my standards, fair enough there not as bright and dont look as good as HID's but there nice little touch i think .

HID is really a good way forward, its inexpensive and looks really good. but be sure to swap back when its time to mot, as new mot laws states that you must have leveling kits and cleaning devices, (and they are pricey) the police take no notice but the mot inspector will!!

also, 6000k temp is best! its pure white, but at low wattage (ie cheap) ballasts, it gives off a slight blue tinge,
