Lambda issue?

   fitted a new downpipe and a couple of issues with lambda i think
   
   firstly the car runs lumpy and start to make a putting noise after its been idling for a couple of minutes, also when i took it for a test drive, i went in third gear and floored it and nothing happened.
   
   I think it may be because i changed the lambda sensor from one from a scrappy, but its been sitting on the floor of my car for about three weeks, so could this cause these problems?
   
   also there was smoke coming from the manifold, but there was a pool of wd40 on it so i think it was that burning away, any solutions would be grateful, thanks

   the putting it in third and flooring it says to be somethings not tightened up and its blowing somewhere gasket not sealed or something cos that would happen if your bb fell off all the noise and no grunt

   nah wasnt like there was a noise, just nothing happened, im almost certain that it is the lambda but just want confirmation
   
   im assuming bb is backbox, and the car would still go with that off or a blow as its had a blow previous to this for months, it seems definitely like mechanical rather than exhaust. if that helps
