convertion info

   right ppl am doin a convertion from a quiky to gti so far ive used the quiky gear box with standard braket and mount on the ecu side iv used the gti engine mount arm with the quicky round engine mount thing and 4 the rear mount ive used the quiky 1 to. when the engine is fited ive realized that the crank pully is siting very close to the engine frame does any1 know what cud be making this happen? is it because ive not used all the gti engine mounts any answers guys? thanks in advance

   Do the 16v mounts not fit into a Quiksilver shell? I thought it was just Flat arches, where you had to use a 50/50mount.
   
   The crank pulley sits quite close anyway in a 16v.
