#2Probably the clutch nearing the end of its life. Adjustment is made on the cable where it goes into the clutch fork/arm on top of the box - a nut and locking nut on the end of a thread

#3Iv adjusted it and it's near the bottom now how I like it
, the spring effect is still there but I think a lot of cars have that effect

#4Sorry to raise the dead, i have the same car with the same issue, dont have a big knowledge of car DIY, where abouts is the clutch fork/arm located and what does it look like?
thanks

#5its under the battery/airbox on top of the gearbox
black arm with a round plastic bung in the end where youll see the thread and nuts -
#7Sorry to bring up dead issue again. But i got this problem om my vtr.. But adjusting the cable doesnt help. It only makes things worse.. But it has a brand new clutch in. I have had box off to check aswell.. So am i right in thinking the cable its self must be stretched... Its only thing i can think off

#8Sounds like it to me, if you took it to a trusted garage I'm sure they're adjust it for you correctly for free and if there was a problem they would rectify it.
