My first Saxo project

    Hi all

    Just bought my first Saxo VTR. Got it as a project to do up and out back on the road.
    Here are a list of things that need sorting?

    1.Power steering Pump is temperamental

    2.Clutch Thrust bearing is noisy and needs replacing

    3.Engine Seal behind thrust bearing is leaking (due to thrust bearing???)

    4.Rocker cover gasket leaks like a sieve

    5.Rear brakes need un-seizing as it has stood around for a while.

    Any advice on any of these would be greatly appreciated.

    with the brakes it is either the calipers or the rear load sensing valve. if the later i can supply brand new ones at approx £80 which is a huge saving from autofactors as they charge about £140
