rocker help!

   right i removed rocker to spray. And 2 like spacers fell out as i was lifting rocker off. Where do they go? On top of the plate or below? Or somewhere else?

   They go on top of the plate pal can be a bitch to keep in place sometimes

   what you meen by getting in place tho? Surely you just slot on and tighten them 2 nuts back up when cover is on
