Strange noise from wheels

   Had my mot done and the mot station had to free off my compensator on the brakes. Anyway ever since my handbrake takes 7 clicks to hold car and there is a drone while driving from the wheels which doesn't chage with revs just speed.
   
   I've jacked the car up and with handbrake on I've turned the front wheel and the disk is rubbing on the pad. There is a tiny bit of play when I say tiny I mean tiny less than 1 mm in the wheel it's self.
   
   Any suggestions as this drone is driving me nutts

   The noise is the pad sticking on ? Caliper problem ?

   I've not got a clue. It's wired the compensator was freed off and now I've got this. Anyway I'm thinking of getting new discs and pads off eBay don't know if that will sort it

   Before you do anything find the problem !

   I might have to take it to the garage on this one. If nothing else they can diagnose it for me

   I have had this problem too and it was the brake rubbing. But im getting a new brake kit soon so im just gonna sort it then.
