just had my front vtr wheel bearings pressed out by a machining shop, and on removal they were different sizes, was has an internal diameter of 35mm and the other has internal diameter of 37mm. how fooked up is this. looks like one of the hubs was changed at some point and they got the wrong one. lol. oh well just another thing to replace.

So have you got a flat shaft one side and a tapered shaft the other side?

no idea bud where should i be looking at this

The 37mm bearing should be the taper shaft, might it be tha someone has changed the strut / hub / shaft at some point.
If its too much messing around to change it all over, I'd just get a 35 + 37mm bearing and just refit it.
The driveshaft nut on the 37mm is the long type nut and the 35mm uses a shorter shaft nut.
If it drives okay I'd just replace the bearing

it was like it when i brought it, failed on one side wheel bearing but changing both. took them off and sent them to machining shop to get them pressed out, then get phone call to say they different. hmmmmmmmmmmmm will have a look at shafts later. just dont know why it would of been done. i do have some other struts with hubs attatched and will be getting them also done with new bearings so i can always get a matched pair in near future.
