Saxo speakers not working at all?

   Help! speakers in my saxo (completly standard) have just stopped working, still picks up radio stations and cd's play in it but no sound what so ever?

   Possibly the speaker plug on the back of the radio has came out ?

   Mine did the exact same and turned out to be a short in the wiring somewhere.

   There should be a fuse in the back of the radio which will cause the whole thing to stop. And depending on the age it is possible to have a separate fuse for speakers

   If it was the fuse in the cd player it would stop working altogether
   
   I'd check the wiring behind the cd player for any loose connections

   check the wiring plug in the back of the stereo or remove and fit another stereo to see if the stereo is knackered it could be the actual sound card inside the stereo i have had a few do this on me and turned out it was a duff sound board in the stereo.

   i got a new cd player wired it up and the same no sound i was not fucking about with speckers i just re wired new one in the doors then 6 by 9s easy way to sovle the problum
