Hi guys found these lovely 16" alloys with these fitments:

    4x100 et 36 7.5" wide

Would they fit a saxo? baring in mind ive got 14" vtr alloys on a flatarch and lowered 50mm all over.

    Thanks guys

nearly. Youd just need them to have a different offset, different PCD, and possibly be a bit narrower.

Centrebore unlikely to be correct either.

    Get the welder?

Saxos are 4 x 108 on the stud pattern ( PCD ) so no they wont fit,

16" wheels on a flat arch isnt impossible but you will need to do some work so it doesnt eat the tyres,

Iv been a big lover for 16" wheels on my saxos for years, but just recently iv been running 15s and 14s, and take my word for it, i dont think ill be going back to 16s any time soon the handling really does get messed up with 16s,

Your best tyer size for 16s on a saxo would be 195/40/16 But they dont keep cheap come replacment, looking ar around £80 - 120 A wheel!,

iv ran 195/45/16s there cheaper on tyers how ever you encounter problems such as drivers side front wheel eating the bottom coolant hose, the rear tyers being eaten by a metal bumper bracket

Also 16s will mean removal of the arch linings all round wich normally ends up with your back lights filling with water,

Then on the front your washer bottle being eaten, and also any puddle and raod dirt that you drive through makes the inside of the door ditched, as in when you open the doo the but between the seel where the door bolts on to the car it gets filthy!, ( the part where the tyer presure info sticker is )

And also grit and shit that enters there minces the check straps on the doors making them clunky and stiff

Moral of the story 16s even on a vtr arnt really the way forward matey and tbh on a flatty i think it would look like a rollerskate

Ok cool cheers guys the wheels did look damn hot like but if it will cause problems not worth it.

not sure what problems you'll get with rubbing due to being a flat arch, but you'll need some 4x100 - 4x108 adaptors which will need to be about 20mm thick so to bring the offset from 36 to 16 (saxo et)

if it were a vt then 7.5inch wide wouldnt be a problem as long as they have 40 profile tyres due to being 16's, but im unsure of the case with a flatarch

nothing a bit of chopping and cutting wont fix just try them on and go from there
