Is it possible to clean lambada sensor

Just a quick thought. Is it possible to clean a lambada O2 sensor. I've seen on some sites that they can stop working properly is there is carbon build up.
If its possible to clean it. What's the best way to clean it?

change if its a waltz sensor or perhaps a foxtrot sensor.
seriously though it will get carbon'd up as its in the path of unfiltered exhaust, bit of a wipe should help it but it wont restore a broken one - If its packed up then a new one is needed
