clonking noise from rear after axle fitted

   i had i 2nd hand axle off another vtr that i got fitted to mine ever since theres a clonking noise not sure wat it could be any ideas people?? thanks

   Are all the bolts tightened up?Exhaust not touching?Just trying to eliminate the obvious.

   If everything is on tight and ok i'd be checking the trailing arms for play

   Is it coming from one side in particular? My passenger side is doing it atm and people suggested that I change the shocks.
