Put the wheels back on spray it with wd40 day and night for a couple of weeks should work its magic. Make sure u have took all the washers out both sides.

Btw heating a torsion bar is not a clever idea as causes the steel to lose it's spring if too much heat is applied.

thats why you aim the heat towards the trailing arm, keeping the heat on the torsion bar at a minimum
