cracked seal [with picture]

    iv not long had my headgasket done
    the rubber is cracked around the edges of the seal



    any reason why this will have cracked so early on?

    need a new seal?
    harmless?

    because thats not the headgasket, thats the rocker gasket, did they even change the rocker gasket? its only like £5 for a new one, get one bought and fitted before it pisses oil out
