Had a search for similar problems that my car has and here and some people have said it can be the relay, my saxo that i need to sell in a few weeks power steering is playing up.

sometimes when i start the car it doesnt work and other times it will. but when it didnt work i drove about 10 meters and it kicked in again? happened like that a few times now.

want to check the relay out but dont have a clue were it is, can anybody help? thanks

Car ever have problems starting? My ex mrs's C2 has this problem and it turned out it was the battery not holding charge. Lumpy idle, pulsing power steering, dim lights etc. Changed the battery and its been right ever since.

Had this prob the other week, the relay is attatched to the main wires going to the pump, its grey and has a circular bottom with a clip on either side. I have a spare one if your interested.
