Rear axle clunk/ping noises

   had a rear axle fitted with new bushes, i keep getting these loud clunks/pings comen from the rear offside..
   
   i have had the VTr on the ramps twice now and have no idea where its coming from..
   
   its 1 loud clunk/ping every ten mins'ish..
   
   sounds simular to a coil spring slipping.
   
   any ideas?

   just been the shop.. this noise only comes when turning left at junctions

   Arb end plate need tightening? I know that not being tight causes it to ping..
   Worth a check?

   when i had the axle fitted, we noticed this bolt was missing.. i found a bolt that sort'a fitted... is this the ARB end plate?

   i come to grease the ARB plates and found the replacement bolt had snapped but was still seated in the hole..after a drill, tap/dye, new bolt and some grease.. the clunk/ping noise has gone.. thanks

   I'm not sure if it is specifically a wheel/brake problem but it could be your rear sway bar/end-link.

   I would be taking that back to wherever you had the beam fitted & complaining.

   the ping noises will be the 4 bolts holding the beam on to the car, I had this, just give it death until they settle
