   Ay up, Im after a 4 branch mani for my mk1 vtr engine build. I've found someone selling one but they don't know if it will fit the early can style oil filter engine

   iirc all 8v 4 branches fit the mk1s

   its only the mk2 remote syle filter which gets in the way

   I just thought that if it was purposely made for a mk2 paper filter then they wouldn't need to take into account the can type filter position.
