Keyfob Problem

   For some reason my keyfob has stopped working. I've changed the battery and tried the 'press button twice' trick, but still nothing. I can get it to work when i try pressing the unlock button after changing the battery, but within 5 mins it's stopped working. It's doing my head in because i don't have any lock barrels on the doors, so have to keep opening the boot to get in.
   
   Any ideas?

   Did you use a cheap battery? If so, buy a half decent one for about a fiver.

   if you take it to a small autoelectrician theyll sort that for really cheap
   
   iv tried fixin electrical problems myself on my vtr but gave up before long and the small prices i get charged by my local electrician is so worth it
   
   literally everythin from power steering to radios has cost me no more than £20

   Just got my vts and the passenger door is locked shut and they key won't turn to open it, but the driver side is open but I can't lock the drivers side because the key won't turn any ideas would be much appreciated
