What is this driveshaft for?

I bought a new driveshaft for my car. This is the one I received, as you can see it is completely different from mine in several ways...

Does anyone know what model it is for?

    Thanks

The longer one is for VTR / VTS...

It is split and has an intermediate bearing to help with torque steering.

To be honest it looks like a 306 shaft, but i didnt wanna add confusion ... whatever its from, it won't fit a 1.4 saxo

I wasn't sure if it was a saxo shaft tbh, I have emailed the seller so I'm just awaiting a reply from him now sent him a pic of it and all. Had to stick my old driveshaft back in until it gets resolved

    Thanks Guys

the one on the right is a vtr/vts off side driveshaft because a vts can snap the other shafts quite easily and a vtr can destroy the left shaft over time

Looks exactly like the one i removed from a 206 gti yesterday tbh. The new one that is.

as has been said, looks to be from a *06 derative or xsara etc. definately far too chunky for a saxo.
