Help Head TU5JP4

   Good evening, I wonder if someone could help me I have a doubt.
   I wanted to apply a head tu5jp4 on a block TU5J4 my doubts and the following, with the head higher than the TU5JP4 TU5J4 would like to know how to cut the head to stay with the same height TU5J4 for not having lost compression.
   
   Sorry if you have some mistakes but I'm Portuguese and I'm using a translator something that does not say that precebam tenteo explain.
