    Usually come out fairly easy.

Just hit it with a hammer, make sure the bolt it out. Failing this get someone to slowly turn the wheel back and forth while your hitting it down with a hammer. Its just probably at the wrong angle or something along those lines.

Wd40 and a copper hammer normally..you could maybe give a ball joint splitter a go but if a sledge hammer wont even budge it then dont know what you can do....if worse comes to worse maybe you could drill it out

You need a press to remove the ball joint from the arm itself, buying new arms is cheap any way

take the arm down to a local machining shop no doubt they will charge you like £10 a ball joint, my local one did anywya. i had two wheel bearings, two ball joints and machining the lip off a set of spacers cost me £65 all in and that was pushing them out and in
