CLUTCH what would cause this crack?

right 1st i i think its because the clutch is a cheapo one and i seen this coming but funds at the time forced me to get a cheap reconditioned clutch.
but just to make sure its because its a cheap clutch and not another problem causing it to do it.
    this is whats happened

as you can see there's a crack. and there's another 2 in the same places around the clutch but not as big. the place in the middle with the spines moves free quite a lot without any effort to move it.
this is how the plate looks.

the reason i took it off was because at bite point i was getting a very violent judder/car shaking on bite point in reverse and in 1st (reverse being a lot worse), and i mean it was immense how much it shook, i refused to drive it.

anyways with the clutch being like this could there be any other cause other than it being a cheap clutch?
im just about to order a valeo so i dont want the same thing happening to that!!!

could a dodgy flywheel, gearbox, diff or anything cause this to happen to any clutch or is it just cos it was cheap

More than likely its from it being a cheap clutch tbh mate. I have a sachs/valeo one going spare, it only covered about 2,000 miles before i had to replace the gearbox, so its basically new. You can have it for free if you need it, its a sachs or valeo clutch, definatly one of either. I wont buy cheap clutches anymore lol. How long did you have this clutch fitted before this happened?
