HELP temp gauge

   Hi im new to all of this and saxo's but even when my car is warm the temp gauge on the dash board wont move even though the fan comes on and all the heating works,
   Can somebody shed some light for me PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!

   Just to cover the basics, it's not a fuse that's blow is it?

   its not no iv checked all of that, but when you turn the engine on you can see the gauge move to the bottom of the dial but not go any higher thats why im so confused sorry to be a pain
