got some gas bonnet struts from a 106 will they fit on a saxo furio?

Anything will fit if your good with a welder sorry to be vague but that's the way it is no easy way of fitting them, if you look on 106's they have mounting points saxos don't have so wild stab in the dark here but I'm guessing these mounts would have to be welded on

I've heard on the grape fine that the wing aint strong enough to support the MK2 bonnet as its heavy as fook, not sure how true that is, but you will need to weld them in place

do you need to get the mounts from the 106 or can i get some from ebay or a shop??

Would be a usefull thing to have, especially the amount of time most of us spend under there. And the MK2's are seriously heavy, as said already.

^^ thats only the lower mounts. They are different on the actual bonnet. I cant find them listed anywhere. Even on pegeout parts it doesnt seem to list the bonnet mounts seperately. You'll have to buy a full bonnet, seperate the mounts and reweld on to your bonnet

Is it not possible to go down a scrappy & find a 106 thats had front end damage & cut the mounts off mate?

If they`re welded on then buy the whole bonnet & when you get it home grind the mounts off.
