toad alarm..will it makes complications with 16v conversion

   Im looking at doing a 16v conversion on my mk1 vtr
   
   It currently has a toad alarm and immobiliser installed..
   
   Im putting in just 16v engine + loom and unlocked ecu
   
   What im asking is when the conversion is done will that immobiler play up with starting
   Or is it wired to the vtr ecu???
   
   Sorry if this dont make to much sense lol

   If you take the VTR's standerd immo out you won't have a problem, leave it in and you will lock the ECU.

   Ok well surely the standard immob was removered or disabled when the toad alarm was installed..
   
   They have put some kind box where the key pad bit normally is...
   
   I can see me having problems lol
