1998 1.1 not starting

    Hi guys my mates got a 98 1.1 it's just had it's clutch done and it ran fine immediately after but now it's not even trying to start dash lights are on starter motors fine as well. What else can it be?

    Immobiliser? Petrol? Fuel cut off switch?
