spooks lower engine mount

   hi guys just brought a spoox engine mount lower one, are these any good or is there better, its for a road car vtr mk1

   Any uprated one is better than the standard crap one, personally i've got a powerflex one on this car, only because i didn't want one that was too harsh. Whichever one you get it's likely to vibrate a little through the cabin, a few people don't like it but its honestly not that bad.
