Clicking Noise from Throttle Body

   Hi All,
   
   Just after a little bit of help.
   
   This weekend I have replaced the head gasket on my 2000 1.4 Furio as it was leaking Oil into the Cooling System.
   
   After putting it all back together etc and running the engine there is a clicking/popping kind of noise coming from the throttle body, particularly the right hand side. First initial thought was that it could have been the tappets, but I have checked these and they all seem fine.
   
   Does anybody have any idea what it could be or have experienced this before and have found the problem?

   It might be one of the injectors as mine is doing as my vtr is doing a similar thing

   Check to make sure the spark plugs are all tight coz mine was making a tapping noise and one of the plugs had come loose

   Most vts's i'v heard including mine does this.

   you said youve checked the tappets
   
   have you adjusted them?

   Saying that a quick search and everyone says injectors.
