Some help please

    I cant start my car unless i jump start it with jump leads. It runs fine when it gets going but it seems to be loosing all battery power when off. Nothing is on when i leave it.

    Not sure what the problem is?

    ive measured the battery with a volt meter and it pumping out 12.3 ish volts and when i get the car running it pumping out 14.3 ish volts. Seems plenty i think?

    i'd put a multi metre across the battery measuring ampage and then start pulling fuses from the car. When the amps drop you know what circuit is draining your battery.

    All fixed! Thanks to kris b and his diagnostic hearing.


    To my surprise after testing it and getting the results above it was the battery. Lololol

    Told you didn't I just cause you get 12v from a battery doesn't mean it's not dropped a cell, to test that you need a drop tester
