Splutter

   Ok, i hope i explain this as best as possible. I can be driving along at a steady speed, and when i put the foot down just a little bit, a few mm at most it starts to splutter abit untill i give it more throttle! Any idea what it can be?
   
   Recently done the oil, gearbox oil, new iridium sparks and oil filter!
   
   Im thinking maybe a temp sensor or summit as usually only gets like that when warm, but im no saxo guru!
   
   Any suggestions would be great

   So went a drive, car is idling at 500/600 when the clutch is in and stopped at lights etc! And when im sitting about 2000rpm then put the foot down it feels like loss of power then boom, lotsa power. Hmmmm. Not cleaning icv today as its chucking it down with rain :<
