vtr holding revs

    when im driving normally say rev it to 3k then change gear car is fine but give it a little bit of stick and when changing gear it holds its revs iv cleaned icv etc just wondering if it was a common thing?????

    if you cleaned the whole throttle body and the icv then try replacing the icv its prob's buggerd.
