interior seats/106 gti leathers

   never done it before so wondering if anyone else has.. my drivers seat is fairly worn and I'm looking at replacing it.. could I buy a passenger seat then replace the runners with my drivers seat ones? would this work?!?
   any help/opinions would be much appreciated!

   It can be done but you would need to relocate the seat belt clip on the seat. And there is a little welding to have done on the base plate. But it was years ago when I did my mates sorry I couldn't be more help

   doesnt seem like a straight forward task then?
   I was going to do it to the leathers in my car atm and swap them over, but I dont have access to a welder.
