    Hi does any 1 no how much air is need for 16" alloys with 195/40/16 tyres . as iam off on a long drive on monday and wanted to check me tyre pressure before i go . Cheers Tom

    it should say on the tyre the maximum pressure it can handle

    should say on tyres mine are 44 psi on toyos

    I run 32 in the front, 30 on the back in my 195/40/16 Proxes!

    your tyres are 44psi thats not right

    they should be about 32psi fron 30psi back

    im guessing there standard wheels for the car if so it will say inside the drivers door

    but a sfae bet is 30ish in both usually have the front a few more psi higher

    33 psi at the front 31psi at the back always seems to work well for me
