Blue headlights

    So what will the police do if stopped cause my headlights are blue? They don't glare and blind u though. A fine? Or just simply change them?

    Other than indicators, forward facing lights need to be white or yellow - simple as...

    Why are they blue? Or are you just meaning that they have a realy blue tint to them?

    There 80 watt 6000k bulbs and are pretty blue. Not a hid kit

    Nothing.. Look at my post about my last car, it came with xenons like the audi lights and were very strong, to the point of when i was overtaking someone on the m6 he pulled back behind me and put his full beams on... Police stopped me about it once and when i explained he was dumbfounded and said he can't do anything?

    The disadvantage of blue light.

    Governments tests found that a standard wattage blue headlamp bulb reduced the road lighting ability of a standard headlamp by 67% and increased glare for oncoming traffic by 33%. This apparent contradiction arises because of the way the human eye handles light of different colours. The short wavelength colours are very difficult for our eyes to process and focus on. Blue and violet are very difficult for the human optical system to process correctly. Blue also is a very difficult colour of light to look at if it is at all intense it stimulates the reaction we call glare.

    They will shoot you and leave your lifeless body to rot at the side of the road. They will then remove the offending lights and sell them to the next burberry cap wearing bell-end they see wandering the ripspeed aisle at Halfords. The process then repeats itself until everybody stupid enough to buy and use those types of lights are dead.

    get a pic up and that will help.

    But either way a blue tint is shit and chavvy. And only goes nice with 17"+ rims a and 4"+ Exhaust ....
