#5yes mate, i found it increased the flow of oil to the cylinder head, don't know why no-one else has tried it

#7no, i employed a small Albanian eunuch to manually oil the big ends using a syringe,naturally it had no bonnet so access was no problem. I've had to abandon the project as i have no Albanian eunuch boys left and the Lithuanian variety just aren't quick enough.

#9not if its not needed, i always do cam belt,water pump,clutch,oil and filter prior though. If customer wants the head gasket doing to be on the safe side we do it for the cost of the parts/skimming etc2 users thanked this post: ,
