#2Did you use a 3 plug vts loom and ecu?
-
#3Nope is there any way I could re wire the plug so the pins match up ? Also anyone got a guide ?
-
#4I did the exact same thing as you first time, you've used a crossover engine loom which plugs straight into the car and has a single plug ecu haven't you?
You'll also find you've got no radiator fan unless you've added the sensor and loom to the radiator from the vts?
Basically after weighing it all up I decided to remove the engine look and fit a 3 plug vts ecu and loom, there's a couple of sensors you need to change too -
#5Yeah mk2 saxo with single plug ecu :/ is it hard changing the loom ? Is there any possible way I could adjust my loom to work ? Cheers
-
#6Yeah you can require it by working out which wire on the car loom takes which sensor from the engine etc.
Trust me if you're doing it yourself just get a new loom and ecu, unplug the old one and plug the new one in. -
#7I might know someone after the loom and ecu
But if you do it that way your probs gonna have to change a few sensors as well as the plugs will probs be diff? -
#8I've now got the interior loom from the same vts so if I do it that way it will 100% match so no probs there
-
#9yeah but have fun swapping it
-
#10Fuck that, interior loom will take fucking ages. I've told you the easiest way, the engine loom takes 10 minutes to remove and 20-30 to plug your new one in. Interior loom wil take days. Feel free to ignore me though
