Loud rubbing noise after alloy change?

   Hi all
   
   This has probs been posted before but anyway just swapped my steels on my 1.1 for some VTR alloys. They fitted straight on but used wheel nuts that came with the steels (Is this a problem?) anyway when driving and sometimes breaking a loud rubbing/drumming noise is present. Tyre's are correct ones (55's) and they don't rub on the arches, Any ideas?
   
   Any help is appreciated, excuse the noob factor haha!

   Not too sure about the noise but get some proper flat seated bolts for the vtr wheels its not safe to use tapered bolts as they are meant to fit a tapered hole and may work loose

   Fixed the problem now loose trim and break line fell and was rubbing against the Tyre haha
