Windscreen washer not working

   Right so I noticed my windscreen washers aren't working, bought the car last week.
   
   Checked the fuse, was fine even tried swapping it with another fuse, still no luck.
   
   Ordered a new pump off ebay, just fitted it as we speak and still no luck.
   
   any ideas?
   
   things done;
   - checked fuse/swapped it with another
   - replaced pump with a new one

   Probably a fault with the connections in the actual stalk then to be honest?

   Can you hear the pump engaging and no water comes out or does nothing happen at all?

   nope, can't hear the pump that's why I initially changed it to a new one but still can't hear it.

   Try a new stalk? Can either clean the connections, or get a new one. A new one is about £20 new and about £5 from a scrappy...

   Or you have a break in the wiring from the stalk to the pump mate.

   Id goe for new stalk but also check new pump direct to battery, and clean connection at he pump end, my old one was covered in shite

   Get a multimeter on the wiring at the pump.. get someone to turn the pump on, and whilst they keep the switch on, test to see if you are getting voltage.
   
   allthough, with it been a new pump, it's more than likely a break in the wiring between the stalk and the pump

   ordered a new stalk, got a feeling it's to do with the electrics tbh. worth a shot changing the stalk over hopefully fixes it
