imobiliser removal?

   could anyone tell me can the immobiliser keypad be removed on these citroens. i know my code but the saxo i used to have had a space where the keypad should be. where as this car has the code. can you bypass and get rid of the imobiliser?

   if you disconnect the keyped unit while the engine is running then it bypases it.

   will the imobiliser still be bypassed if say you lose battery charge or do you have to reconnect the keypad for the initial restart mate?
