16v inlet manifold removal

    Its literally 6 nuts to take off at the back 8 or 10mm, no guide needed.

    Step 1. Shrink hands.

    Step 2. Remove bones from arms / hands.

    step 3. Morph yourself into the engine bay.

    Step 4. Remove the bolt's.

    Enjoy - their in a tricky place.

    its actually really easy, i take the top half off first 3 bolts on top 2 underneithe (some people find these two bolts really hard to get to but with the right bits and extensions they are actually piss easy to get out) and then its just a few nuts to undo which holds it on to the head

    i heard of people struggling with the 2 underneath the manifold, but i didnt think it was the worst part of the job. one long extension on a socket and its relatively easy

    exactamundo really easy with a long extention so the rachet is lower down than the manifold and use your fingers to guide the allen key bit in
