Gear selector help

   I am using a 1.0 4speed AX box, i have done 4,000+ miles on it, its normaly very tight.. With it being wet today, i sort'a gave the vtr some abuse off the lights.. The car was just spinning on the spot and then popped outta gear,.. Now my selector is wobbly*
   
   What will i need to replace?
   
   Also it crunches into 2nd if over 2,500rpm.. But goes into 2nd fine when down gearing.. ??

   Loads of stuff you may need to replace.
   
   Gear box roll pin.
   Selector rods:-
   2x short
   1x long
   Gear selector controller
   Gear selector link bar
   
   Change them all and should be tight again. Without changing them one by one you cant really feel what the cause is. But to change all of the above your talking about £150 quid for everything.

   sounds like a linkage has popped off if you ask me
