possible wirring fault need help

   right guys ive had a problem with my car for a few weeks now and i have no idea whats wrong with it. my problem is theirs power going to the windows with the key out and i have to put ignition on and off until the window stops going down to stop it but if i don't remember to do this it completely drains my battery also none of my radio settings will be saved and it cant be the red and yellow wires as my radio doesn't have any. please any help would be appreciated

   Faulty ignition switch maybe?

   can i change the switch without changing the whole barrel?
