Map sensor cleaning

   Just a couple questions. Once the map sensor is off how do you clean it? Give it a wipe over / use a bit of carb cleaner. And Do I need to disconnect battery also? Thanx

   Cleaning it won`t do much good mate.

   Just took it out and cleaned it no problems. I know it Probz won't do fuckall as you say but ruling out options before I start replacing stuff.
