Leaks in strange places??

   Hi I have had some issues with leaks in my car, whilst slamming on the brakes after it had been raining water poured out from in between the roff and the windscreen!! And also water had collected on underneath the dash and is collecting on near the door of the ar on the kinda step bit that is near the door. Like just in between your feet and the door if your sitting in the car. This is on both sides.
   
   Is the water coming in from the sun roof?? I cannot find any evidence of water inside it when i run my finger around it and I cant see any gaps inbetween the car and the windscreen.
   
   Any Ideas anyone thanks! Im a bit worried about water behind the dash with all the electrics and stuff behind there. Maybe its running down the windscreen pilllars and along the dash possibly.

   my gti did this, everytime i went round a corner or pressed the brakes, i got a shower and a cold one at that lol.
   i cleaned sunroof drains out and sealed aerial base, which didnt solve it.
   in the end i took sunroof out, used a full tube of silicone and sealed the sunroof in (didn't use it anyway)....no more leaks

   Sit in the car while someone puts a hose over it,you maybe able to see where the water is coming in from.
